1. Open PDF with Acrobat X
2. Crop PDF (Remove Header and/or Page Number, if you want. But I recommend you to Crop. )
3. Copy and Past in Notepad
4. Save as TXT with Unicode UFT-8
5. Add to Calibre
6. Convert to Mobi
7. Done
If you want a "Looking Good" E-Book, when you past in Notepad just copy from Notepad and past in Word (in my case Word 2010) edit and modify as you want and then save as PDF (1) with Unicode UFT-8
In "Conver" Window "Look & Feel" Section select "UnSmarten punctuain" to keep format like xxxooo
and in "Text justtification" select "Justify text"
